Prevents the adhesion growth of transported materials to the bucket, making maintenance easier!

The adhesion of transported materials to the bucket can lead to insufficient capacity and spillage on the return side. In the "NAB Epro Beta," if the transported materials have adhesive properties, the adhesion growth of the materials to the bucket progresses along with the operation of the conveyor, necessitating regular maintenance such as cleaning the buckets, which can be labor-intensive. Therefore, we propose the "Tsubaki NAB Epro Beta Bucket Scraper Device," which prevents the growth of adhesion of transported materials by directly scraping the inside of the bucket with a scraping plate. Since it operates in conjunction with the conveyor, a dedicated power source is not required. It is compatible with standard buckets. [Proposal] - Prevents the growth of adhesion of transported materials by directly scraping the inside of the bucket with a scraping plate. - A chute built into the device is attached to the discharge section, allowing the bucket to be scraped at the timing of discharge. - No dedicated power source is required as it operates in conjunction with the conveyor. - Reduces the labor required for cleaning due to decreased adhesion inside the bucket. - Compatible with standard buckets: model numbers 250 (H), 400 (H), 600. *If adding to existing equipment, modifications will be necessary. 【Case Study】From hydraulic drive to inverter drive! Shortened production schedule

The existing MARK 3 was upgraded from hydraulic drive to inverter drive. This led to a reduction in the production schedule and a decrease in consumables, resulting in cost savings.

We received an inquiry from Company N, a manufacturer producing refined white sugar as a pharmaceutical additive, stating, "We are currently using an existing MARK 3 hydraulic machine, which is aging, and we are considering upgrading to an inverter type. However, since we operate 24 hours, switching from hydraulic to inverter with two motions will extend the production schedule due to longer start-up and braking times. We want to shorten the schedule as much as possible." In response, we proposed and delivered an inverter type with one motion instead of the existing two-motion scraper, as reducing start-up and braking times would cause it to stop due to overload. In terms of the movement of the scraper component: - In the case of two motions, the sequence is: engagement → descent → retraction → ascent. - In one motion, the sequence is: engagement → retraction only. By adopting one motion, we can shorten the production schedule. Our technical department calculated the time estimates for the one-motion setup, confirming that production could be achieved with a schedule nearly identical to the hydraulic system. Additionally, since there are no consumable scraper bellows, we could also reduce costs.
